A 28-year-old White Plains, N.Y., man was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with theft of a credit card and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card for allegedly making fraudulent charges of $1,231.80 purchases at ShopRite and Target. The victim reported on Aug. 15 that she lost her credit card and was advised of fraudulent charges made on the credit card. A follow-up investigation by police identified the suspect, who was charged on complaint summonses.

A 55-year-old Burlington woman was charged with eluding police, obstructing, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane, failure to pull over, failure to wear a seat belt and other violations following a motor vehicle stop on Milford Road Sept. 24. The police officer conducted a traffic stop on Milford Road after he observed the vehicle being driven erratically. The woman allegedly drove off from the officer at a high rate of speed as he approached the vehicle, but he was able to get a description of the driver and conducted a follow-up investigation.

A 40-year-old East Windsor Township woman and a 34-year-old Trenton man were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (suspected crack cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, having a fictitious license plate, having an uninsured motor vehicle and lamps violation following a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 on Sept. 22. They were processed and released.
