A victim reported the theft of an Atlas air compressor, valued at $22,000, from his vehicle while it was parked at a location on State Road July 8.

A 19-year-old Irvington man was charged with burglary for breaking into a vehicle on Princeton-Kingston Road. He was located by the South Brunswick Police Department and turned over to the Princeton Police Department on July 6. He was processed and taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.

A man and a woman shoplifted items worth $386.91 from a store on North Harrison Street July 5. They were allegedly involved in two shoplifting incidents in May and June.

A 37-year-old Princeton woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant June 28 from the Trenton Municipal Court. She was processed and released to the custody of the Trenton Police Department.

Three people shoplifted merchandise valued at $5,815 from a Palmer Square West store on June 27. The incident was captured on video.

A 56-year-old Newark man was charged with driving while intoxicated and other motor vehicle violations at 4:54 p.m. June 25 following an investigation into a crash on State Road. He was processed and released.

A McCosh Circle resident reported June 25 that someone had used his identity to withdraw money from his bank account. The suspect forged one withdrawal slip and cashed two altered checks, resulting in a loss of $8,000.
